- The extractor is a tool that used to pick and place the surface mounting component parts
- Comes with 4 probes and 4 cups: One bent and one straight probe with 3.18mm(1/8 inch) diameter vacuum cups, one bent probe with 6.35mm(1/4 inch) diameter vacuum cup, and one straight probe with 9.53mm(3/8 inch) diameter vacuum cup
- The cup is made of anti-static material and free of silicone
Specification:
- Select a tip with a rubber vacuum cup on a probe that is slightly smaller than the part you want to pick and place. Put the probe snugly on the tip of the tool. Make sure that there is no dust on the rubber vacuum tip
- Gently squeeze the HANDI-VAC bulb, place the soft suction cup squarely on the pick and place part, and then relax your squeeze. The part is now firmly gripped
- Move the part to where you need it and a second squeeze of the bulb releases the part
