7-Day Return Policy

        We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible:

  1. Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  2. Include the original order confirmation or packing slip
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at support@uniquebud.com to request a return.
  2. Return Authorization
    Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Item
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging along with all accessories.
  4. Include RA Number
    Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@uniquebud.com with details and photos. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
