Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
Q2: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the "Track My Order" page on our website.
Q3: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Q4: Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver to all locations across India, including remote areas. For international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order.
Q5: What are your delivery charges?
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders. A small COD fee may apply for cash-on-delivery orders.
Q6: How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Q8: How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at support@uniquebud.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q9: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
