Return Policy

At Uniquebud India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

Returns Due to Damage in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery at support@uniquebud.com. Be sure to include your Order Number and the Product Name (especially if multiple items were ordered).

Dead on Arrival or Malfunctioning Products

If a product is not functioning or arrives dead on arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via support@uniquebud.com, mentioning your Order Number and the relevant Product Name.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive a different product than what was ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@uniquebud.com. Include your Order Number and the Product Name for accurate processing.


Return Criteria & Process

Once your return request is approved by our team, the item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please email us as outlined above.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will begin processing your refund. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be completed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as bank transfer, credit card reversal, or wallet credit.
